Isaiah: 54: 16-17 (NKJV)

  ¹⁶ "Behold, I have created the

  blacksmith Who blows the coals in the

  fire, Who brings forth an instrument for

  his work; And I have created the spoiler

                          Avacado Tea Sandwich

   1 ripe avocado, sliced 
   1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
   1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
   1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
   8 very thin slices wheat bread
   2 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon
   12 thin slices European cucumber

Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and pepper in a small bowl. Thinly spread on bread and top with  salmon, avocado and cucumber.
